The Mount Baker Council is pleased to announce our new District Executive for Skagit County.
Kurt Nelson will join us as the District Executive for Skagit District, moving from Virginia. Kurt is an Eagle Scout from the Chief Seattle Council who served on the Camp Parsons waterfront staff. Kurt graduated from the University of Washington and served in the United States Air Force. He then transferred to the reserves and worked for the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. Kurt will assume his duties January 8th.
