Description
For this adventure, you got to put on your scientist hat and study forensics – using science to answer questions about crimes! Were you surprised by how much information your fellow Scouts and family knew about forensics already? You studied fingerprints and footprints and you got to learn how animals are used to gather evidence. By talking to the officer, you learned what methods your local officers use to gather data, too! You also researched different types of jobs available in forensic science. Finally, you studied chromatography and did an analysis of different white substances to find ways to differentiate between different types of markers and different types of white powders. Once you have completed the requirements listed for this adventure, you have earned the Forensics adventure loop.
