Description

This merit badge pamphlet takes Scouts through the requirements for earning the Horsemanship merit badge! Not only will Scouts learn about the conformation of a horse, but they will also learn about safety protocol in a barn and how to catch early signs of colic and other horse health problems. Scouts will get the opportunity to learn about how to properly care for a horse on the ground and while riding, making this merit badge fun and relevant.
