Being physically strong is a part of our Scout Oath, and playing sports and active games are a great way to live it! In this adventure, you talked about what exercise can look like for you and what foods make good choices to fuel your exercise of choice. You also went over why warming up and cooling down are important parts to playing sports and active games and you honed in on two fitness skills. You made a plan to improve those skills and monitor how practice can make you stronger and faster! Way to use those paws, Wolf!
