Ordering Rank Advancement Awards
Are you buying rank or advancement awards for your Scouts? Then you must turn in a Unit Advancement Report. You can bring the form with you when you pick up the order or (if you want it shipped) you must submit the advancement report to our Trading Post at [email protected].
- Visit our shop and browse hundreds of items listed on the online store.
- Fill your shopping cart with the items you need.
- When you’re ready to checkout, either click the “View Cart” button, after adding an item to the cart, click on the cart icon in the header, or visit this link.
- On the “Cart” page, you can make adjustments to your cart as necessary. Once you’re ready to checkout, click the blue “Proceed to Checkout” button. Don’t worry about the shipping information or the “pick up in store” selection.
- On the “Checkout” page, you’ll fill in your contact information, alternate shipping address (if necessary), and click the blue “Place Order” button.
- A member of our Trading Post team will contact you to review your order and collect your payment information. You will not enter payment information online.
Returns meeting the following criteria will be given a full refund. All other returns may not be given a full refund. All returns are subject to the discretion of the Trading Post Staff.
- Merchandise must be from the Mount Baker Council Trading Post.
- ALL TAGS must be attached as they come from the manufacturer.
- Items must be in re-saleable condition = Clean and unused.
- Items must be current stocked items.
- No discontinued or sales items can be returned.
- No refunds on LEADER KNOTS or RANK BADGES unless you have a receipt. These are given out as council recognition.
- Credit/debit card purchases are refunded only to the card they were purchased on. No cash back.
- Check or cash refunds over $60 will be mailed to you in the form of a check.
- No returns over 30 days.
- All refunds require receipts.
